Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                 
on June 16 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                 
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                  
                                                                                                    
         SENATE BILL NO. 265 "An Act increasing the total                                           
         amount of bonds and notes that the Alaska Municipal                                        
         Bond Bank Authority may have outstanding; and
